Structural Reflexologist, Integrative Massage Therapist

When I was seventeen years old I took my first Anatomy and Physiology class and have never looked back. I went to Bridgewater State College, where I graduated in 2006, to study Exercise Science. For years, though, I began getting jobs where I was building skills in business management. One of these jobs, as manager of The Inn at Bolton Valley Ski Resort, helped me understand how to run and manage a business. I always knew I wanted to run my own business in the healthcare field, and learning how a business operated was a huge part of my journey.

All the different wellness skills work in harmony with each other. I believe that integrating different skills helps us better serve you.

It was during this time that I decided to go back to school for massage. In 2016 I graduated from the Green Mountain School of Massage. This experience was truly life changing. What I thought was going to be a part-time job became a lifestyle.

I was able to make my dream of operating my own business a reality in January of 2017. When Mountain Valley Lotus, now MVL, opened it was new and exciting, and only just beginning. In 2018 I officially became a structural reflexologist, which opened up a whole new world to me and my business. I absolutely love working on the feet because they represent the foundation of our bodies that we need to look after. Reflexology allows me to see what else is going on in the body.

All the different wellness skills work in harmony with each other. I believe that integrating different skills helps us better serve you. Our goal and mission is to have you heal in a way that is comforting. We want you to feel good throughout the days in between your sessions.

MVL is constantly growing. My husband, Brad, and my brother, Gregg, have helped me behind-the-scenes since the beginning. They are a perfect compliment to all the work MVL strives to achieve. There have been generations of people who have practiced these modalities, and I believe I am carrying on their work through my own.
